A key challenge in the development of the Play Safe forum has been to ensure effective management of risks and to reassure more risk-adverse stakeholders. Quiip anticipated and proactively managed this; consulting with all key stakeholders at project commencement and kicking off the project with a risk identification and mitigation workshop. They met regularly with stakeholders throughout the development phase to take them on the journey, and developed comprehensive project documentation including a risk strategy that ensured all risks were being effectively managed and that all stakeholders were confident and happy with the project.

Quiip are a fantastic agency to work with. They are a dedicated and professional team, committed to delivering top quality work, and with such a passion and energy for what they do that makes them a delight to work with. They are experts in their field with strong community management knowledge and skills, whilst also completely immersing themselves in the content area simultaneously. I have found the depth of their knowledge and understanding of the content area (sexual health) to be quite unique for an external agency and particularly around a more ‘difficult’ topic. They are true partners who take time to understand your business and objectives and always go the extra mile.
