SWARM Day 2 - Afternoon Workshops

Storytelling, building movements, utilising community to drive innovation and legal essentials for community managers.

31st August 2017

After lunch, the SWARM broke into separate workshops focused on storytelling, building movements, utilising community to drive innovation, and legal essentials for community managers. We have collated the following selection of tweets to capture these discussions.

In Workshop 1 Megan Davis took the audience on an exploration of the principle of compelling storytelling

In Workshop 2 Stephen Scott Johnson discussed how to build a movement using ‘ripples’ and co-creation ideation.

In Workshop 3 Bill Johnston led an extremely engaging discussion on ideation and innovation spaces, followed by a guided session on in-depth brainstorming and ideation.

In Workshop 4 Paul Gordon started with bold statements and guided participants through a discussion of the essentials of Australian law in social media and community management spaces.
