Meet Cosette Paneque

Cosette is highly skilled in the development of strategy and governance for online communities and social networks.

Cosette started her career in print and radio journalism, but her personal interest in online communities led her in a different direction. Prior to joining Quiip, she worked for a US-based agency where she did a variety of work including social media moderation, online customer service, and community management in virtual worlds. She worked with Kabam,, U.S. Army, Linden Lab, Animal Jam, Club Penguin, and Warner Bros.

At Quiip, Cosette has worked with, The Line, ReachOut, SANE, Nuix, AMP Capital, and NSW Health. Highly organised, she is detail and process oriented, and enjoys writing and creating documentation. She also enjoys mentoring others and is an occasional speaker on social media and community management.

Based in Melbourne, Cosette enjoys blogging, birdwatching, reading, and learning how to play the djembe.
