About Quiip.

  • Established in 2010 by globally-respected online community advocate and expert, Alison Michalk
  • Entirely distributed team with no head office. We’ve had Australians working across all corners of the world – from Costa Rica to Hong Kong, Iceland to Germany, and the US to the UK. This distribution and decentralisation is by design.
  • At the forefront of the future of work. When you create true flexibility, you source and retain the highest quality talent there is. We believe the freedom to work where you choose – whether at home or in a collaborative space – means a better work/life blend and happier employees.
  • We manage our team with our community management skills, not staid management practices
  • Dynamic, decentralised team structure
  • Committed to the future of work and changing stale business practices
  • Amazing client list
  • Work with commercials, state and federal government departments, non-profits and agencies
  • Particular speciality working in the mental health space with clients such as Beyond Blue, ReachOut, SANE and Movember
  • Best team of community managers in Australia
  • High staff and client retention
  • Challenge our team to expand their repertoire and support training and professional development
  • Offer mostly part time and casual employment so you can live your life around Quiip
  • We understand you’re human and support your professional and personal endeavours and encourage all Quiipees to live rich and rounded lives. Work is one small part of who you are.

Here is what some of team have to say about working at Quiip:

"I am so proud to say I am part of this - and can't wait to see what more great things we achieve in the future."

"Working with Quiip is not just a way to pay my bills. We have created something special. It’s a culture I believe in and am proud to be a part of."

"Each year, our management team asks what my personal goals are and how they can help me achieve them. They not only supported my ambitions to travel the world, but encouraged them."

"I love how transparent the business is; being able to see what is being pitched, and the financial side of things makes me feel like part of a company, not just an employee."
