Kelly is a customer care specialist, having spent most of her working life on the front line team for some of the world’s biggest service brands within the food service and aviation industries, including McDonald’s and Emirates.

When one of the companies Kelly worked for fell into a PR crisis, she joined the social media team to mitigate the disaster, and thus her community management career was born. Transitioning from front line to online was a natural process for Kelly, as she was able to apply her resourcefulness and communication skills to handle whatever came her way.

Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing. Combined with her customer care experience, Kelly understands the important role the community plays in a brand’s success.
