About Quiip.
Radical Flexibility
When we say radical flexibility, we mean it. Need a role that fits in around your parenting responsibilities? Done! Want to chuck your laptop in a backpack and work your way across Spain for a month? Go for it! Studying for your Masters or just need a few hours to supplement your creative pursuits? We’ve got your back! This isn’t the nine-to-five that Dolly sings about, we work with an understanding of your availability and needs.
Differing Perspectives
We want to build a team that reflects the diversity of the communities we work within, because we know creativity and innovation is best achieved through manifold perspectives. The world doesn’t need another echo chamber, we want unique voices that speak to a range of experiences and cultural or professional backgrounds.
Pro-Bono Purpose Led Project
Doing good means, well, doing good! Volunteer your social media skills for a non-profit or purpose-led organisation and we’ll cover your time for two (or more) days every year. We will also match a monetary donation to your preferred charity up to $500 annually.
Certified B Corp
As a certified B Corp, we’re serious about social responsibility and being a force for good. We choose not to work with clients that are not aligned with our ethics as an organisation, and you have the freedom to decline work on any projects that are in conflict with your personal values. There’s no need to sell your soul, we like it just where it is!
Education
Whether you want to expand your skills in new areas or just stay on top of your game, we offer a substantial education and training budget to spend on courses, conferences and educational resources each year. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend the annual Swarm Conference and be inspired by the best and brightest minds in community management.
Get togethers!
To ensure your home office doesn’t turn into a hermit cave, we fly our entire Australian-based team somewhere sunny for a few days each year. It’s a great opportunity to wriggle your toes in the sand while you get some face-to-face time with your teammates, share skills or knowledge, and look at what lies ahead as a company.
Health & Wellbeing
Sitting in front of a screen isn’t exactly a full body workout. To help you achieve your physical fitness goals, we offer an annual $200 Health & Wellbeing stipend to spend on a gym membership, yoga classes, new sneakers, a meditation app or anything that gets your blood pumping!
Employee Assistance Program
Physical health is only half of the equation, we care about your mental and emotional wellbeing too. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers up to four free therapy sessions a year, for whenever you feel you need a helping hand. Full debriefing is available if you come across something distressing in the course of your work, and you’ll have the support of your designated People Lead too.
Reward
Many of our team have been with Quiip for four years or more, and we love to reward that sort of fidelity! Each year, we’ll sling you a bonus on your employment anniversary as a gesture of appreciation.
