She specialises in assisting organisations in effectively connecting with their customers through social media and branded online communities — employing strategic thinking to develop, grow, and scale.
During the first half of her career, Larah dedicated her time to broadcast media, working as a Research Analyst for SBS and Foxtel. She was responsible for implementing and maintaining web analytics and measuring performance.
She then transitioned to the FMCG sector, focusing on developing branded online communities for Woolworths and Hungry Jacks.
Larah worked as a Community Consultant with Quiip for five years before progressing to the role of Client Services Director. Over the past three years as Client Services Director, she has played a crucial role in expanding the company’s clientele.
Larah’s recent promotion to General Manager has her overseeing the company’s overall operations and strategic direction, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive innovation and growth.
Throughout her career, she has worked across a range of industries including government, retail, NFPs, financial services and health. Clients that she leads at Quiip include VicHealth, Woolworths and Kinora.
Based on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Larah loves living by the beach and nature. She is fiercely dedicated to reducing food and household waste.
