The BCNA online network exists to inform, empower, represent and link together people affected by breast cancer. The BCNA online network provides an important platform for carrying out these objectives.
Key achievements:
Quiip’s services were employed to craft three internal documents integral to the functioning of the BCNA’s online network. These internal documents included a Risk Strategy Document, and a Content Assessment and Escalation Chart based on the founding principles of the site’s terms of use and internal guidelines for the BCNA’s Community Manager. Given the sensitive subject matter of the BCNA online network, it was paramount a strategy was articulated to ensure the best interests of both the organisation and its community members.
