Key deliverables:

For Play Safe, Quiip delivered a full community strategy and governance, community management and moderation, social media management and moderation, social media content creation, influence reach and outreach, blog content creation and a social licensing report.

Key achievements:

Quiip helped launch the Play Safe community, trained a team of volunteer youth moderators, grew Play Safe’s Facebook audience by 90% in two months, delivered six months of content, and is nurtured the Play Safe community through its establishment phase.

A key challenge in the development of the Play Safe forum has been to ensure effective management of risks and to reassure more risk-adverse stakeholders. Quiip anticipated and proactively managed this, consulting with all key stakeholders at project commencement and kicking of the project with a risk identification and mitigation workshop. They met regularly with stakeholders throughout the development phase to take them on the journey and developed comprehensive project documentation, including a risk strategy that ensured all risks were being effectively managed and all stakeholders were confident and happy.
