Dan has had a diverse range of career experiences that have shaped his skillset and values, including roles in sales, technical support, customer experience management, conflict resolution, content production, social media strategy, community moderation/management and digital design. His work process draws on lessons and mentors he’s had along the way.

Prior to joining Quiip, Dan worked as the Customer Experience Manager for Simba, where he was responsible for designing the social media strategy, writing press releases, and creating a great customer experience. Some may also know of Dan through his previous work at Optus, inspiring the moniker ‘Dan From Optus’ with his loving and educational replies to customers who were questioning the companies use of other languages in their advertising.

Dan preaches the Einstein approach of eternal curiousity, always learning and trying to be a better being.
