Stella is a marketing communications professional with experience across agencies and global organisations. She specialises in brand reputation and helping organisations navigate complex online conversations while protecting brand trust.
Prior to joining Quiip, Stella worked for Google in Brand & Reputation, where she analysed large-scale online conversations and advised internal teams on emerging risks, public sentiment and communication strategy. She has also supported clients across the technology and pharmaceutical sectors in digital marketing and investor relations, helping organisations manage their digital presence and stakeholder communications.
At Quiip, Stella brings a thoughtful, governance-led approach to community management, focusing on proactive moderation, clear communication and creating safe, positive spaces for communities to engage.
