Welcoming Our New General Manager and Client Services Director
In an exciting development for our company, we are proud to announce the appointment of Larah Kennedy in the newly-created General Manager role and Will Barber as Client Services Director, off the back of another successful year at Quiip.
Larah, who has been an integral part of our team for the past eight years, is making a significant step forward in her career with this exciting promotion. Will is deservedly promoted to take over the duties and responsibilities previously held by Larah, following a three year tenure as Senior Community Manager at Quiip.
During Larah’s tenure as Client Services Director, she has proven her mettle in our industry and built strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Her ability to foster a collaborative and client-centric environment has been instrumental in strengthening our company’s growth.
With her promotion to General Manager, Larah is poised to take on new responsibilities and challenges. She will oversee the overall operations and strategic direction, working closely with Quiip’s senior team to drive growth, innovation, and client satisfaction. Alongside, Will will focus on fostering client relationships, as well as accelerating growth at Quiip.

The appointments also follow Quiip’s impressive growth in 2023, marked by the addition of the Alcohol and Drug Foundation to its expanding client portfolio. Furthermore, Movember, Publicis, VicHealth and Australian Ethical have renewed their commitments.

Will also shared his sentiments about his role, saying, “I am really excited to take on the role of Client Services Director at Quiip, and have big shoes to fill. I look forward to supporting our fantastic clients and contributing to the continued success of our dedicated team.”
